Ethan Park is the Research Editor at SimmerKit, covering countertop cooking appliances and multi-cookers. He builds each guide from manufacturer specifications, UK and US retailer listings and reports from named independent testers, and ties each fact to its source. SimmerKit does not test products in-house, so his guides focus on what can be checked: capacity, functions, footprint, UK plug and voltage details, what's dishwasher safe.
